John Gluckow Lot. JG-CS01 1890-1910 Miner's Henley - Beige Yellow

This turn of the century inspired henley from John Gluckow, is cut from a uniquely woven 100% brushed cotton, and is based from a design which wold have originally been intended for America’s toughest workers. Miners, prospectors, and loggers would all have worn this trill of tee, as woolen knits were being taken over by garments which could be more easily produced, and more easily cared for.

Boasting a vintage fit, this heavyweight henley offers a wide 3-button front closure, which has been faced with cotton for comfort, while a light stripe motif runs throughout the design. A knitted collar, and ribbed cuff all allow for a comfortable fit, while a final touch of heritage authenticity comes in the form of oyster pearl carved buttons.
