How It Works
1. Complete our Denim Repairs Form and send your jeans along with the form to Son of a Stag, 9 Dray Walk, London, E1 6QL, United Kingdom.
(Should you be lucky enough to live close by, you can drop your jeans off to our Dray Walk store).
2. Once we receive your jeans, you will receive a phone call or email where we will confirm the cost of your repair. Should you accept the work to be done you will receive a checkout link to pay for your repair. Note, we cannot start your repair until the payment has been taken. Should you decline any work to be done you will receive a checkout link to pay the postage costs to have your jean(s) sent back to you.
3. Once your repair has been completed you will receive a Confirmation Email containing a tracking number to enable you to follow your newly repaired jeans as they make their way back to you.

TERMS OF SERVICE
- We no longer accept stretch fabric jeans for repairs or alterations.
- Please ensure your jeans are clean before sending them to us for repairs or alterations. Alternatively, we will be happy to dry clean your jeans at an additional cost of £10.
- Payment is required before any work is undertaken
- Maximum liability for any lost jeans is a replacement of the same jean if available in our stock or a maximum of £100 on production of an original receipt
- We accept no liability for any jeans that are lost in transport to us, we recommend using a tracked service when sending your jeans to us
- Should we not undertake any work on your jeans you will be charged to have your jeans sent back to you
